Before sowing, apply 20–25 tons of organic compost per hectare.

• 60 kg Phosphorus
• 60 kg Potassium per hectare
Weed 20 days after sowing.
Repeat weeding 2–3 times as required to maintain a clean field.
Sow in rows.
Row spacing: 30–45 cm
Plant spacing: 15 cm
Green pods become ready for picking in 45–50 days.
Harvest regularly as pods mature to obtain higher yields.
Soil should have adequate moisture at sowing.
If not, irrigate immediately after sowing.
Irrigation frequency depends on soil type and weather conditions.
Powdery Mildew (Chaachhaya):
Apply 25 kg Sulphur dust per hectare.
Leaf Blight:
Apply 2.5–3 kg Copper fungicide per hectare.
Protect the crop from insects and diseases with proper management practices.
